Add date exceptions to multiple extract sets at once
Make it easier to add duplicate date exceptions to multiple extract sets rather than having to recreate each one from scratch.

Wes H (CollegeNET) Admin MergedIf a holiday occurs on a regular pattern each year, it should be possible to create a date exception once that defines the holiday (eg, every July 4) rather than making it separately each term.

Pamela MasonI would prefer to have a list of Date Exceptions separate from the Extra Sets. Then on the Extract Set select the Exceptions that apply to that Extract Set. For Example, Finals week only gets removed from certain Extract Sets. Instead of adding it on each one. It also follows a rule for when Finals week is. So if I could create a Finals Week Exception that is a reoccurring then apply it to any extract set it it applies it would be a lot easier. Additionally, we all have a list of Holidays we do not have classes on. Most of these are reoccur on a pattern that a rule can be setup for. Being able to have Date Exception that lists multiple date rules so it would be "Holidays" that could be added to any Extract Set that needs it would be much easier to maintain when you have adhoc dates that need to be added to it. For instance we have an extra day off for some holidays and depending on the day the holiday falls on that year depends on what day before or after the holiday we get off.
