Allow bindings between LYNX classes and other events

Allow users to create bound relationships between events and classes without having them removed when LYNX updates.

This would help when we have Events that are the class. For example the Final Exams for many of the Music Sections are performance that we advertise on web calendars.

We have some Courses that certain dates are also Event like our music classes that their Exams are performances. We would like to be able to bind the Event to the Course and if corresponding date, times or location changes it changes that on the Event. Also that if the Course is cancelled then the Event is cancelled. We would need to ensure that the additional times would not change it would only be the start and end times of the event.
