Email requestor when academic priority bumps an event
There is an academic priority setting to email the scheduler when an event is bumped, but we should also have an option to email the requestor as well (or instead).

Pamela MasonI think what would even better is in setup to have a List of your contact Types and you can select all of the ones you want notified when Academic Priority kicks an event out.

Cindy Schoppa MergedCurrently, Lynx only has the option to have no email, one email, defined email list only, event scheduler only, event schedulers and defined emails. I am suggesting the ability to select event requestor and event division contact, these are two additional Contact Roles on the Event Form. We have thousands of users and would like to have the option for additional contacts to receive the Academic Priority Email in the event someone is out of the office/vacation or high priority event.

Heith SimpsonYes to all of this! I think the ability to customize the email that gets sent out would be invaluable as well.
