Allow Crosslisted/Combined Sections with Different Locations

Add a way to automatically relate crosslisted/combined sections that take place in different locations (e.g., a configuration setting that allows for crosslisted sections with different location pre-assignments to be related with XL in the name, if applicable).

The use-case scenario I've encountered is the "Example 3" of the distance learning classes of the "Smart Binding in LYNX" article:

...where separate classes are taught in separate rooms, but are marked as Combined in the SIS. It would be helpful to see all of the combined (really, "Related" in 25LIve nomenclature) events.
